Cancellation Policy

Our stylists time is highly valued. It becomes difficult to give our new or current guests the best experience possible, when a scheduled appointment does not come through. The Dollhouse Salon has a strict 24-hour notice cancellation policy. If you do not cancel your appointment within 24-hours of your scheduled time, cancel the day of, or simply do not show up. 

There will be a 50% charge for services cancelled. We will require a credit card on file in order to book an appointment. We do understand obstacles may arise, which can delay you making it to your appointment on time. We do offer a 10 minute grace period depending on the length of your appointment. We can not guarantee that you will be taken if you are late. 

COVID Cancellation Policy

If you exhibit and signs of fever, cough, sore throat or anything listed on the CDC symptoms website we ask that you cancel your appointment. We will reschedule you for 3 weeks out. If you answer ‘Yes’ to any of our COVID-19 questions form you will automatically be rescheduled for 3 weeks out. The cancellation fee does not apply if you answer ‘Yes’ to any of the questions but you will be rescheduled.
